As some know, or don't care, I'm Christian. So, like, not the best Christian in the world, but I love Jesus and I'm quite happy (if confused) in my faith. It's not the easiest Path but it's the only I walk on. And of course, walking the Way I've stumbled numerous times. You see, I'm reading a book called "Disappointment with God" by Philip Yancey. Yancey is one of the best modern Christian writers ever. He digs deep within the scriptures where the rest of us are afraid to go. And boy, does he give a wake up call! So as I'm reading this I come upon a part that says, "God has chosen to work through us. When we sin, we submit Him to that sin." Why? Because His spirit lives within us. Boy, talk about realizing how stupid I've been for so long. My asking for forgiveness goes beyond recognition of my stupidity- it goes into the realm of bringing Glory to God. (what a funny phrase.) You know, this only goes to show that God has worked in the most strangest ways and we'll never figure him out.

I hate driving in rush hour... Don't you? So I'm driving along to pick up my daughter from school (she's graduating on Thursday! YAY!) and this moron from Maryland is driving this HUGE F-350. Yeah, okay, it's pretty , but holy cow...DID YOU HAVE TO CUT ME OFF?!?! Get a clue and use your freakin' signal. I woulda slowed down a bit and let ya in. It's not a big deal. But stop trying to clip my bumper! Oh, and what about you Miss Lexie Lexus?! Huh?!? Yeah, I saw you- you almost ran over that kid riding his bike...and he was on the sidewalk! Get off your freakin' cell phone and drive. At least get a headset...you moron. And hey me! Next time let that person turn left, you butthead. (Yes, I didn't let someone in and I feel bad about it. Cuz it coulda been me!) Oh yeah. My husband is secksy ^-^

. . . I guess this is the time to rant. So there's this place I go often to shop and I know most of the people there. One girl is new and she's a twat. She has a two year old that's institutionalized in daycare and the father is in jail. And she seems to think it's OKAY to go party when she wants. What makes matters worse is that everyone else is condoning her! That is crap! Children are sacred and should be treated like humans. I mean, if you buy a brand new jaguar do you hand it over to a complete stranger to take care of?! NO! You take care of it yourself! Why are children not treated as well? You know, I only made 6K the first year my daughter was born but at least I was home with her! And NO, I didn't have no man supporting me (her biological father died when I was five months pregnant.) And I had no government assistance except for food stamps which only lasted for three months. (of course, if I had MORE kids I would have gotten more; how freakin' lame is that?!) People- DONT HAVE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO RAISE THEM! Children take time and care. Spending TWO hours a day is NOT quality time. Put aside YOU and put your child in front. You OWE them that.

The weather has been gorgeous in Oregon lately. (at least on the west side) This evening my husband, daughter and I will be having a picnic. And then later tonight I plan on egging my neighbor's apartment. They have a beagle who won't stop howling. Maybe this will get their attention. >=/ Okay okay. So maybe I won't go that far...but I'm still annoyed. At least by the end of this month I'll be in my OWN home! Yeah. Now I can plant a flower and mow my own freakin' yard. Hmm. Oh yeah. And my daughter's cold is finally gone. Okay, done with the journal. Ciao.
